1. Service Overview
RooMorph provides an online tool that converts a photo of your room into an editable canvas where you can apply wall, floor, ceiling, and other material options from our library. This Service is intended for visualization purposes only and is not a substitute for professional design, construction, or renovation advice.

2. Use of Service
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You may not copy, resell, or misuse the platform, textures, or designs.
• Any project you create will remain accessible for the validity period of the plan you selected at purchase.

3. Plans, Pricing & Payments
• All prices are subject to change at any time.
• Once you purchase a plan, the price, features, and structure available at the time of purchase will remain applicable to your plan for its entire validity period.
• Any new features, services, or adjustments we release after your purchase will not automatically be included in your existing plan unless explicitly stated.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. Project Validity
• Each project is valid for the duration specified in your chosen plan at the time of purchase.
• After this period, access may expire, but you may renew or extend for an additional fee, if available.
• We may archive expired projects without obligation to retain them.

5. Content & Ownership
• You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely for providing the Service.
• We retain ownership of the RooMorph platform, software, libraries, and assets.

6. Service Updates & Changes
• We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
• Such changes will not affect your plan during its validity period, but they may apply to future purchases or renewals.
• We are not obliged to provide new features or updates to existing plans retroactively.

7. User Responsibilities
• You must provide accurate information when signing up and making purchases.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.

8. Limitations of Liability
• RooMorph provides visual approximations. Actual colors, materials, and results may differ.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the visualizations.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
